4. Confidentiality

5. Payments & Fees

All investigation services are chargeable and must be paid as per the agreed quotation or service agreement.

Advance payments made for any investigation or service are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellation of services by the client after work has commenced, change of mind, or inability to proceed with the investigation.

Additional expenses arising during the investigation (travel, accommodation, special equipment, legal documentation, etc.) must be borne by the client if applicable and pre-approved.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we strive to deliver accurate and professional investigation results, Seekers Detective Agency does not guarantee specific findings or outcomes. Investigations depend on ground realities, legal limitations, and situational factors beyond our control.

7. Use of Investigation Reports

All reports, evidence, and materials provided by Seekers Detective Agency are strictly for the client’s personal or legal use. The client agrees not to misuse, publicly publish, or manipulate investigation findings for unlawful or defamatory purposes.

8. Legal Compliance

Seekers Detective Agency operates within the framework of Indian laws. We do not undertake assignments that involve illegal activities. If any service request is found to be unlawful, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the assignment without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seekers Detective Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reports. The client agrees that decisions taken based on investigation findings are at their own discretion and responsibility.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any stage of the investigation if the client violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, or requests illegal actions. In such cases, fees paid will not be refunded.
